Everything arrived complete in Belgium. The battery life is quite good, it has nice speed, and it’s very lightweight, making it easy to fit in the car (much better than an electric bike, which tends to be larger and heavier). It was a great purchase; I use it when I can’t take the car or for short trips. I would definitely buy another one.
